Privacy Policy
Last updated: 31 March 2026
Your privacy matters to me. This page explains what information I collect through this website, how I use it, and what rights you have. The ICO recommends that privacy notices are clear, easy to find and easy to understand, especially for sole traders and small businesses.
What I collect
If you get in touch through this website or by email, I may collect your name, email address, phone number and any other information you choose to share. I may also collect basic website usage information, such as which pages are visited, through Squarespace or analytics tools if they are enabled.
How I use it
I use this information to reply to enquiries, discuss potential work, provide services, keep appropriate business records and understand how the website is being used. Under UK data protection law, businesses need a lawful basis for processing personal data, such as legitimate interests, contract, legal obligation or consent, depending on the situation.
How your information is stored
I take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and only keep it for as long as needed for enquiries, client work, record-keeping or legal and accounting reasons. The ICO says organisations should use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.
Who I share it with
I do not sell your information. I may share it with trusted service providers where necessary to run my website or business, such as Squarespace, email providers, analytics providers or professional advisers.
Cookies and analytics
This website may use cookies or similar technologies to help it function properly and to understand how visitors use the site. If non-essential cookies or analytics are in use, they should be managed through the site’s cookie settings or banner. The ICO continues to enforce cookie compliance for UK websites.
Your rights
You may have the right to ask for access to the personal information I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to certain uses of it, or make a complaint. The ICO says privacy notices should explain people’s rights and how they can raise concerns.
